I'm Zander - A creative leader specializing in data-driven, cross platform innovation and emerging technologies.
I’m driven by the challenge of building the future.
I design and lead the creation of immersive sports experiences that merge real-time data, volumetric storytelling, and next-generation video formats. I work at the intersection of broadcast, XR, and interactive media: transforming live sports into spatial experiences across XR and traditional mobile platforms. I’ve spent the last decade building pipelines that turn live Statcast and Hawkeye tracking, stereo capture systems, and real-time rendering into compelling, fan-ready content that redefines how people watch and understand the game.
Across MLB, I’ve guided cross-functional teams -of engineers, designers, technical artists, and data specialists to ship production-quality immersive features at scale. This includes platform-specific XR applications and next generation broadcast solutions pushing the envelope of what’s possible. My focus is always on building reliable pipelines, unifying disparate technologies, and elevating the creative bar while delivering on aggressive schedules and platform constraints.
I’m a tinkerer at heart and equally comfortable leading teams and building big concepts, or working from prototype and testing feasibility first. Both approaches work and both are equally fun to explore.

AR ,VR, and Next Gen Broadcasts
I've been doing XR before it was cool, starting in 2015 with prototypes that hinted at what spatial computing could become. Since then, I’ve built a department that spans XR activations at all 30 ballparks, cutting-edge data-viz products, and emerging broadcast experiences. I’ve led 8K/120fps stereoscopic pipelines, built live multi-camera VR broadcasts, architected XR experiences for AVP, Quest, and Galaxy XR, and overseen end-to-end capture-to-delivery pipelines across every major XR surface.
Marketing Creative Direction
Lots of experience leading creative on the marketing side. This small sample of work covers some of the most fun projects I've worked on. Comfortable leading by example or rolling up my sleeves and getting stuff done.
Real-Time Experiments
Everything I do starts from a restless curiosity. Sometimes I try to test the limits of my knowledge and other times I'm using play as a means to discover a new solution.
My goal is to learn something new everyday.
Product Design
I love using design to solve real world problems. One of my passions is wrangling ambiguity and sensing possibilities to create something new.
Video Games
I've been making games for over 20 years and my first project was Batman Vengeance on PlayStation 2. I've worked on indie games for mobile, AAA games for large publishers, and everything in between.
Console experience includes iOS, Android, Switch, Playstation, XBox and more.
